Our Trip to Ohio

We had a lot of fun this weekend. We took our first real trip with Navie out to see Steve and Holly for Caprie's baby blessing. Navie did an outstanding job!!!! She did great in the car, opened up to everyone, and slept great in a different place. Here are a few pictures from this weekend. Of course we had to stop and see the "Christmas Story" house while we were out there. Sadly we missed the tour hours but at least we saw it from the outside.

Lions, Tigers, and Bears. Oh My!

Today was a very long and exhausting day at the National Zoo in Washington D.C. It was really hot but at least it didn't rain. Cris took off of work and we went with another family and their daughter. It was a lot of fun despite the heat. I believe it was 88* F today and the internet said that it was 58% humidity! I was sweating like crazy! We got to see everything except for the invertebrate house. Cris' favorites were the Gold Maned Tamarins (a small monkey like animal) and mine were the Pandas and elephants : ). Navie was nervous around almost all the animal cages, at least the ones you could get close too. There was just so much to see. We are very tired to say the least and are looking forward to a good night's sleep. The heat really takes it out of you!

NEW MOON TRAILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my gosh........ everyone has to check out the new "New Moon" trailer! We watched it last night on the MTV Movie Awards (it was the only time we've watched MTV. That channel is just nasty). They won every category that "Twilight" was in! Check out the trailer below. I can't wait until November!!!!!
